Applications for 2017 have now opened with a new streamlined process allowing you to secure your stall at the time of application, and no waiting around to hear back if you have been successful.

Stalls applications for the Harvest Moon 2017 are officially open! This year we have 1 stall option, a 5-foot pitch complete with 4-foot table and two chairs at £30. All stalls will be inside this year because of the huge amount of space we have available at the magnificent Masonic Hall, and a limited number of stalls will be able to secure access to a powerpoint, so book soon to secure a powerpoint if you are after one. Last year we had a fantastic footfall and we are hoping to get even more this year. Due to feedback from traders and visitors we've made the decision to have all stalls downstairs this year to ensure that stalls have the maximum possible footfall on the day.

Book your stall before Friday 3rd June and your stall will be advertised as part of the events advertising campaign and included in the programme, so people know where to get hold of you after the day. We have also made the application process so much simpler and you can do it all online within a few minutes. No more having to send things off in the post and await a reply.

How much are stalls this year?

Stalls this year are £30 for a 5-foot pitch, we've worked hard to ensure we provide affordable prices.

What do I get for my money?

You will have a space in the downstairs market room 5-foot table, 2chairs, and space to move between the stalls, day entrance is also included and your stall will be advertised here on the website and also in the programme for the day should you provide us with the information to do so.

How do I apply?

Head on over to the PayPal site to apply now, your payment will be taken at the time of application and we'll send you details closer to the time with everything else you need to know.

How long do I have to apply?

Apply now for a stall at this years conference, there's only a limited number of stalls available and we have stall holders who return year on year.

When will I find out if I'm successful?

All applicants will be given a stall unless if is felt that your service or products are not in keeping with the ethos of the event. In some circumstances (for instance where we have multiple traders offering the same service) we will contact you to ensure you do still want to go ahead with your stall.

Why are there 2 different deadlines for applications?

If you apply by the primary deadline we will advertise your stall as part of our advertisement campaign for the event at no extra cost.
