Front of House Manager

We are now looking for a Front of House manager to join the Harvest Moon team. If this is something that would interest you and you would like to get more involved, then please contact us with a brief outline of any previous experience you have had. The position includes the following responsibilities and you will join the committee who meet up monthly to organise and make decisions for the event as a whole:

• Look after front of house on the day.
• Takes tickets on the day.
• Organise volunteers.
• Works out the timetable of shifts of the volunteers.
• Creation of tickets and wristbands.
• Distribution of tickets.
• Creates information packs for volunteers (including important numbers).
• Creates the programme.
• Organises the Harvest Moon stall, including books.
• Walk round with all volunteers to show fire exits, points of interest.
• House Keeping.
• Organise first aiders and incident book.
